The essential starting point for most candy makers is the chocolate coating bits
that are used. We offer only Merckens chocolate coating bits for your best candy
making experience. For the flavored candies, we have the Guittard Company
bits. Sugar free candy is from the Wilbur Company. In either case, we know that your candy will have the flavor your

You can purchase milk, white and dark chocolate coating bits in 1 lb. bags, 5
lb. bags, or by the 50 lb. case. We also carry many colors (which are just
a colored white candy) in 1 lb. bags, 5 lb. bags, or by 25 lb. case. Prices are subject to change without notice.
